FiloPDF (filopdf.com) is operated as a free, advertising-supported website. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how advertising partners may use cookies. Controller contact: [email protected].
Converters, compress, merge, Edit PDF, invoice and resume generators, and similar tools read files in memory on your device and offer a download. Those files are not sent to FiloPDF servers for conversion. A short safety check also runs on your device before a tool opens a file (type and dangerous-document checks). Page previews for the editor stay in temporary browser memory for the active session only.
Contact forms may send the message text you type to our email provider (Resend) so we can reply. Do not put confidential document contents in contact messages.
On-device processing: file bytes you select stay in your browser for the tool session.
Preference data: cookie consent and language choice stored in localStorage or first-party cookies.
Advertising data (Google): if you allow ads, Google and partners may process cookie identifiers and device signals as described in their policies. FiloPDF does not sell personal information.
Technical logs: standard web server logs (IP, user agent, URL) may be retained briefly by our host for security and abuse prevention.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. The AdSense script loads only after you make a choice in the cookie banner. “Necessary only” still allows non-personalized ads where supported; “Accept” allows personalized ads.

Consent and language preferences stay until you clear site data. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. Host logs rotate on the provider's schedule.
